Improved Activation Process can Recover Incomplete Orders

We have implemented a new order activation process that allows us to activate orders more efficiently. This new process will also let us retrieve incomplete orders and finish processing them. If you get an error after using the on-line order form, it is no longer necessary to place a new order. Contact sales@mjourney.com and tell us the domain name of the order you were unable to complete, and we can retrieve it for you.

New Databases in Testing: SQL

We are now alpha testing ODBC driver that will allow us to add Database capabilities to our servers. This will include Active Server Pages and System DNS. Everything should be made available within a couplw of weeks.

Data transfer allowance increase

We have decided to make the following data transfer increases:

- Plan2: 2000MB from 1500MB

- Plan3: 2000MB from 1500MB

- Plan4: 2500MB from 2000MB

These changes will be available for all new and existing customers at no additional charge.

An Alternative to Existing Top Level Domains

If your domain is not available in the ".com," ".org," and ".net" TLDs, consider registering under the TLDs ".to," ".tm," ".cc" These TLDs are located in Tonga, Turkmenistan, and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands respectively, and are now available. The cost for these domains is the same as for ".com," ".org," and ".net" The advantage to these TLDs is that there is a much greater likelihood that you will find the domain name you are looking for.
