The Internet is intended for use by mature adults (and
by minors when supervised by mature adults). Our
customers are expected to use the Internet with respect,
courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the
rights of other Internet users. The customer is expected
to have a basic knowledge of how the Internet functions,
the types of use which are generally acceptable, and the
types of use which are to be avoided.
All services provided by MJourney may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission,
storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United
States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. this includes, but is not limited to:
copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material
protected by trade secrete and other statue. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold
MJourney harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the
subscriber or any other party.
Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are
prohibited on any MJourney server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or
Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal
activity or content that may be damaging to MJourney servers or any other server on the
internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of non-acceptable content or links
- pirated software
- Hackers programs or archives
- Warez Sites
MJourney will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a
violation of this provision.
Background running programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background , these are considered on a
one to one basis and a extra charge might be incurred based on system resources used and
operational maintenance needed.
IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Commercial Advertising - Email:
Spamming, or the sending of unsolicited email, from an MJourney server or using an email
address that is maintained on an MJourney machine is STRICTLY prohibited. MJourney will be
the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Server abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to an MJourney server or customer of MJourney is
strictly prohibited.
Any Sub-Networks of MJourney and dedicated servers must
adhere to the above policies.
If any terms or conditions are failed to
be followed it will result in grounds for account deactivation.
We reserve the right to remove any account with 15 days prior notice.
Complaints about violators of our
policies should be referred to abuse@mjourney.com. Each complaint will be investigated.
